Smart automations for lighting, security and access control, curtains, and climate were added to this private house to raise comfort and energy efficiency.
Project Story
We built a modern smart home that combines multiple technologies for comfort, security, and efficient control. All lighting is smart—brightness and color temperature auto‑adjust with time and mood for a consistently comfortable ambience.
The smart climate system keeps preset temperatures across the house and lets us manage separate zones for a balanced, comfortable climate. Motion sensors watch the home when it’s empty, raising protection.
The house is protected from possible water and gas leaks—sensors monitor the systems and react quickly to issues. Smart curtains and blinds also open at dawn and close at dusk to keep natural light pleasant.
Together these systems create a comfortable, secure home while ensuring efficient energy use and resource savings.
Fun fact: the dog kept damaging the lawn, so we used AI and cameras to detect it on the grass and trigger irrigation to gently move it away.
Results
- •All indoor and outdoor lights are smart; the system auto-adjusts brightness and color temperature by time and mood, keeping lighting comfortable and balanced.
- •The smart system maintains preset temperatures and allows zoning with different temperatures per area for maximum comfort.
- •Motion sensors arm when no one is home; they monitor the space and send instant alerts on suspicious movement, adding security.
- •Water, gas, and other leak sensors continuously watch the systems and notify the owner immediately, preventing damage.
- •Smart curtains and blinds open at sunrise and close at dusk, keeping natural light comfortable and improving home comfort.
