Scope and Responsibility
We, GiToon Solutions, Artem Mikoyan 10/10, Yerevan, Armenia (“we”, “us”), operate GiToon and are responsible for the processing of personal data described in this privacy policy, unless stated otherwise.
This privacy policy applies to the GiToon website “gitoon.am” and the official GiToon Companion apps, unless and to the extent that a specific service is covered by a separate privacy notice. Until such a separate privacy notice applies, this policy governs the relevant processing.
Visitor Data and Analytics
When you visit the GiToon website, we process limited technical data for two main purposes: website stability and security, and usage analysis.
Website Hosting and Server Logs
As part of providing the hosting service, our website hosting provider necessarily processes server-side request logs, including IP addresses. We do not use these logs for advertising or cross-site profiling.
Website Analytics (Google Analytics)
For a more detailed understanding of site usage and activity, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about how visitors use the website.

GiToon operates from Armenia and uses service providers that may process personal data outside Armenia, including in the EEA and the United States. Companion Applications
The official GiToon Companion apps are designed primarily to communicate directly with the GiToon instance configured by the user. Depending on the permissions and features enabled by the user, this may include sensor, health, and location data, including background updates. Such sensor, health, and location data is sent directly to the configured GiToon instance and is not logged by GiToon or shared by GiToon with third parties as part of that direct transmission.
Certain separate app features may rely on third-party infrastructure, including services used for push notifications and crash or diagnostic reporting. The specific processing depends on the operating system, app version, permissions, and features enabled by the user. The Companion apps remain covered by this privacy policy until and to the extent that a separate Companion app privacy notice becomes applicable.
Retention Periods
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy, or as required by applicable law. Retention periods vary by service and data category. Where a specific retention period is available and relevant, we state it in this privacy policy; otherwise, we retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, taking into account applicable legal requirements.
Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights including access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
