Smart HVAC Integration
Hidden within custom cabinetry, the AC unit is linked to a smart actuator mechanism. The system automatically triggers the furniture door to open upon activation and close upon power-off, blending climate control with seamless automation.
Chandelier Smart Upgrade
The existing chandelier was previously controlled by a standard wall switch. We upgraded it into a smart system, enabling control via voice assistants, mobile applications, and automation scenarios—bringing greater convenience and flexibility.
Covers Smart Upgrade
The covers were already installed and operated manually. We upgraded them into a smart system, allowing control via voice assistants, mobile applications, and wireless wall switches—delivering a more convenient and modern user experience. They can be controlled both collectively and individually.
Project Story
The LED above the kitchen counter was rarely used because toggling it was inconvenient. After automation it switches on only when the work surface is used and turns off afterward.
The living-room chandelier was retrofitted into the smart system; brightness and color temperature are now adjustable for different moods and scenes.
To preserve the kitchen design, the AC is hidden in cabinetry; we added an automatic door mechanism that opens when the AC turns on and closes when it turns off.
Managing three separate blinds is now easy and flexible—each blind can be controlled individually or all together with one press.
The apartment uses modern smart solutions for high comfort and safety. Water and smoke leak sensors in multiple zones detect issues quickly and increase system reliability.
A ventilation system was also integrated to maintain a healthy, balanced indoor climate.
