A hydronic heating manifold can be used to divide a heating system into separate zones and maintain an individual temperature in each room.
The Gitoon automation system receives temperature data from room sensors and automatically controls the corresponding heating manifold circuits through electrothermal actuators. This allows each room to operate according to its own temperature settings, independently from the other rooms.
Each room is configured as an individual heating zone. For example, the living room can be set to 22 °C, bedrooms to 20 °C, while unused rooms can operate in an energy-saving mode.
When the room temperature falls below the setpoint, the automation system opens the corresponding manifold circuit using an electrothermal actuator. Once the required temperature is reached, the circuit is automatically closed. This provides comfortable room temperatures while helping to use heating energy more efficiently.
The heating manifold can become part of a complete building automation system. Users can monitor the temperature of every room, change temperature setpoints and select heating modes using a smartphone, tablet or wall-mounted control panel. Gitoon develops customized heating automation solutions for apartments, houses, hotels, offices, restaurants and other buildings, integrating the control system with the existing heating equipment and building automation infrastructure.
